I use to live in Japan(Tsukuba, Ibaraki) for 2 years and was involve to kiri-e accidentally... :) I just love this, but it is very hard to learn about this beautiful art outside of Japan - no materials, no information, no teachers... I learn by myself, however. I would love to be in touch with you - I'm planing to come to Japan soon and I'll like to bay some tools and special paper. At this time I'm using common paper and usually have experimenting with european style paper... Thank you for this wonderful and useful site! Just for information - I'll attach one of my works. :) |
